Hi, I’m Kari K. Whitaker—an Executive Business & Life Coach with a passion for helping Real Estate Entrepreneurs unlock their potential, master their mindset, and create success with ease.
With 20 years of experience as a Licensed Texas Realtor—where I was honored as a Platinum Top 50 Finalist multiple times and earned designations like CRS, GRI, and RFC—I know the challenges, opportunities, and unique pressures of the real estate world inside and out. I’ve walked the same path my clients walk, and now I help Realtors, Mortgage Lenders, Title Representatives, and Coaches achieve more income in less time—while reclaiming balance, clarity, and joy in their lives.

I’m also the proud author of Becoming Positively Awesome, a book that inspires readers to live with purpose and vibrancy. At home, I share life with my husband Wade, a dedicated cattle rancher, and our playful poodle, Charlie.
